Instructor's Resource Manual

The Instructor's Resource Manual (IRM) contains the Lab and Textbook Audioscripts, the Roman-photo and Flash culture Videoscripts, English translations of the textbook's Espaces roman-photo conversations, Vocabulaire supplémentaire lists, Information Gap Activities and answer key, Feuilles d'activités handouts, answers to the textbook's Essayez! and Mise en pratique activities, and French and English transcriptions of the Le zapping TV clips.

• The Lab and Textbook Audioscripts are written transcripts of the Lab and Textbook Audio Programs.
• The Roman-photo and Flash culture Videoscripts provide complete French transcripts of the ESPACES video segments.
• The English translations of the Roman-photo conversations are for the video-based French conversations printed in the Espace roman-photo section of each lesson in the student text.
• For every textbook unit, a Vocabulaire supplémentaire handout provides optional, supplementary vocabulary related to the unit theme.
• The information gap activity handouts are for use with the information gap activities found in each Synthèse section of the student text, as well as other locations.
• The Feuilles d'activités handouts are for use with the class survey and other pair or group activities in Espace contextes and Espaces structures.
• The answers to the Essayez! and Mise en pratique activities are for those exercises found in the textbook's Espace structures and Espace contextes sections.
• The French transcriptions and English translations of Le zapping are for the TV clips featured in the textbook's ten Le zapping sections.
